The Notorious Pagan Jones

Every Friday we give a new book away. To get the book, it's simple: just fill out the form at the bottom of the page and you'll be entered into a drawing. The drawing will run from Friday through Sunday and winners are announced on Mondays. (Note: you must be a Fresno County resident to be eligible for Free Fridays.)

The Notorious Pagan Jones by Nina Berry

Pagan Jones went from America's sweetheart to fallen angel in one fateful night in 1960: the night a car accident killed her whole family. Pagan was behind the wheel and driving drunk. Nine months later, she's stuck in the Lighthouse Reformatory for Wayward Girls and tortured by her guilt. But all of that changes when a mysterious studio executive shows up and gives her a deal: if she accepts a juicy role in a comedy directed by an award-winning director she'll be released from juvenile detention. The only problem? The comedy will be made in West Berlin during a time of extreme turmoil. Something fishy is definitely going on, but how bad could it be compared to where she is now?

Congratulations, Janie D., you are this week's winner! Keep those submissions coming!
