We hope you're actively following our calendar, so you don't miss out on any of the great programs available to you through the Library--but, in case you've been a bit too busy to keep up, here's an overview of some of the best ongoing programs and special events:

Design Free For All @ Woodward Park, 4:00-5:00 PM Wednesdays

Join us as we continue our teen craft classes. 11/9 - 11/26, you can design your own sketch books!

Homework Help in many of the branches!

Music Lessons @ Parlier, 5:15-6:00 PM Wednesdays

FREE Guitar, Bass, or Keyboard instruction at the Library! All experience levels welcome.

Teen Anime Club @ Gillis, 4:00-5:00 PM Wednesdays

Come watch anime with us! Each week we will look at something new and maybe revisit a favorite anime or two. 11/9, we're showing Sword Art Online, and next week we'll watch Naruto Shippuden!

Video Games @ Mosqueda, 2:30-4:30 PM Wednesdays

Yes, you can play videogames at the Library!


Special Events

College Night @ Gillis, Thursday, 9/10,  4:00 PM

A Fresno City College representative will be presenting information about college admissions and answering your questions!

Harry Potter Trivia Nights @ Caruthers (11/10), Selma (11/16), and Kingsburg (11/17), 5:00 PM

Join us for three magical evenings. Dress up and geek out about the Potterverse!


National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) Meet-Ups @ Politi, Wednesdays and Saturdays

November is National Novel Writing Month. Come to the Politi library and write that novel you've always thought about. Meet every Wednesday from 4pm-5pm and every Saturday from 11am-12pm in November to get some writing done, share your work, and stay motivated.
