New Teen Council at Selma!

Do you live in Selma? Would you like to get some leadership experience, work with the library to improve services for teens (ex. propose and help plan library events, give input on collections, etc.), and even make some new friends along the way?
If so, we've got some great news for you: in 2018, a new Teen Council is opening at Selma Branch Library--and you can be a part of it! The group will begin meeting in January of the new year.

Of course, if you frequent another FCPL branch (ex. Woodward, Clovis), there's a good chance that location already has its own active Teen Council (which you can join), or other exciting volunteer opportunities for you. Just ask!

The Teen Councils meet once a month and meeting dates are listed in the FCPL events calendar. We also encourage you to call your branch with any questions you may have about getting involved.

If you'd like us to reach out to you with more information about Teen Council, please fill out our brief survey.
